BE PREPARE

*In many ways our lives are a big test so it makes perfect sense that we should continually prepare ourselves throughout.*

*We should conduct ourselves in the same way when it comes to preparing for Jesus' arrival and the trials ahead.*

The Bible is essentially our handbook of how to ready ourselves for when temptation strikes and for when Jesus comes again.

Let these five Bible verses steer you in the right direction.
Ephesians 6:13 – "Therefore put on the full armour of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand."
Matthew 24:42-44 – "Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him."
Luke 21:36 – "Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man."
2 Timothy 4:2-5 – "Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry."
1 Peter 3:15 – "But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect."
